Refund & Cancellation Policy

DesiDeals primarily provides a platform for local business discovery and promotional offers. We do not sell, stock, deliver or fulfil any product or service listed on the platform. Purchases take place directly between the customer and the business.

Business subscription fees, promotional listing charges or future premium services may be refundable only according to the applicable subscription terms at the time of purchase. Those terms — including the plan duration, billing period and any trial or pro-rata conditions — are shown before payment is confirmed and form part of this policy.

• Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it expires.
• Amounts already consumed for promotional visibility are generally non-refundable.
• Duplicate or failed payments are reversed once verified with the payment provider.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Customers purchasing products or services directly from retailers must contact the respective retailer regarding refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The retailer's own refund policy, published terms and applicable consumer law apply to those transactions.

DesiDeals is not responsible for refunds on transactions completed directly with businesses listed on the platform.

Discounts, coupons and deals have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. If a business refuses to honour a published and still-valid offer, report it to us with the offer link — we will review the listing and may suspend it, but we cannot compensate the transaction value.

For subscription or promotional billing issues, email admin@desideals.co.in from your registered email address with the business name, invoice or payment reference and a short description. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days, and approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as our paid services evolve. The version published at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
