Roles are filled on a rolling basis. If a position is already closed when you write to us, we keep your application on file for the next opening in the same track.
How we hire
- Application — email us your CV or profile with a short note on the role you want and why.
- Intro call — a 30-minute conversation about your experience and what you are looking for.
- Practical round — a scoped, paid-time-respecting exercise close to real work: a small build task for engineers, a city plan for growth roles, a moderation case study for support roles.
- Team discussion — meet the people you would work with day to day.
- Offer — written offer with compensation, role expectations and start date.
We aim to close the full process within two weeks and give every candidate a clear answer.
